		<description>A couple years ago for Christmas my wife got a ginormous stainless steel mixing bowl for me.  It is my absolute favoritous cooking tool.  I use if for everything from mixing a salad to straining homemade stock to making mashed potatoes.  I have most of the things on your list as well and they are much appreciated in the kitchen.  I am going to have to try the silicone stuff though, thanks for the tip. </description>
